Game Date Set for 2008 Pacific Life Holiday Bowl

Holiday Bowl The game date for the 2008 Pacific Life Holiday Bowl was announced today.

The 31st annual Pacific Life Holiday Bowl kicks off at 5 p.m. PST on Tuesday, December 30th at Qualcomm Stadium.  The game will air nationally on ESPN for the 22nd straight year, and features the runner-up from the Pacific-10 Conference against the third selection from the Big 12 Conference.  The 2007 game featured a 52-34 Texas Longhorns victory over the Arizona State Sun Devils in front of 64,020 fans.
