Bowl Kickoff Time Changed to 5pm

ImageGame officials announced that the kickoff time for the 34th annual Bridgepoint Education Holiday Bowl on Wednesday, December 28th at Qualcomm Stadium has changed from 6 p.m. PST to 5 p.m.

The game features teams from the Pac-12 and Big 12 Conferences and is nationally televised on ESPN. Last year featured a 19-7 Washington Huskies victory over the Nebraska Cornhuskers in front of 57,921 fans. The game garnered a 4.0 national television rating on the all-sports network.

The mission of the Bridgepoint Education Holiday Bowl is to generate tourism, exposure, economic benefit and civic pride for San Diego and its citizens by presenting the nation’s most exciting and entertaining bowl games and festivals of events.
