The opportunity to submit nominations for the Bridgepoint
Education Holiday Bowl’s Dr Pepper All-Inspiration Team ends at 5 p.m.
on Wednesday, December 1st.
Dr Pepper and the Bridgepoint Education Holiday Bowl will recognize
those high school student-athletes who have shown their ability to
inspire on and off the football field for the Dr Pepper All-Inspiration
Team.
After ten days of qualifying at Stadium Golf Center and 33,999 shots,
the 2010 Barona Million Dollar Hole-in-One Shootout concluded today with
La Jolla High School junior, Chris Tuulik, besting 20 other finalists
to win the annual championship
After several replay views on the giant screens, it was
determined that Sully of San Clemente nosed out three other racing
wieners at Del Mar yesterday to earn a repeat berth and represent San
Diego in the national final of the Wienerschnitzel Wiener Nationals.
The 22nd annual Barona Million Dollar Hole-in-One Shootout, a
fund-raiser for the non-profit Bridgepoint Education Holiday Bowl,
begins Monday, September 6th and runs through Friday, September 17th at
Stadium Golf Center
When the dust settled on Qualcomm Stadium’s rugby fields last Saturday
morning, 16 dachshunds were wagging their tails as they had their
tickets punched for the San Diego regional finals of the 2010
Wienerschnitzel Wiener Nationals.
A near full-field of golfers grabbed their clubs and took to the par-72
Oak Glen Course at Sycuan Golf Resort on Monday, June 7th and raised
funds for the non-profit Bridgepoint Education Holiday Bowl.
