Qualcomm Stadium, San Diego – The qualifying for the 2008 Wienerschnitzel Wiener Nationals was held Saturday, August 30, 2008 on the rugby fields at Qualcomm Stadium.  A field of 362 dachshunds participated in the event, each vying for one of eight spots in the semi-final.

Fans depart Qualcomm Stadium for destinations from San Diego to Texas and elsewhere having enjoyed another fantastic Pacific Life Holiday Bowl experience.

Tickets for the 31st annual Pacific Life Holiday Bowl are now on sale to the general public. Ticket prices range from $60 to $75 and can be purchased at the bowl’s ticket office at Qualcomm Stadium
