The free clinic is designed to promote a healthy, active lifestyle and introduce a passion for football to kids of all ages. Boys and girls ages 6-14 participated in offense, defense and tackling drills led by Fast Play Athletics and Premier Athletics. Special guest instructors included former NFL players: Greg Camarillo, Ryan Lindley, Stephen Cooper and Marviel Underwood.

Former San Diego Chargers Running Back Terrell Fletcher delivered a motivational speech to an attentive crowd of kids to start the morning off on a high note. Fletcher is a University of Wisconsin alum and played with the San Diego Chargers from 1995 – 2002.

In addition, the clinic served as an official regional qualifier for the NFL’s national Punt, Pass and Kick Contest. This competition allowed boys and girls to showcase their talents in punting, passing and kicking with scores based on distance and accuracy. The top finishers from each age group (listed below) now advance to a sectional competition at a date and time to be determined.
