Press Box and Stadium Info
To gain access to the stadium parking lot, present your game credential at the Mission Village Drive entrance ONLY. Parking for the media is located outside Gate H. Present your credential to the attendant for priority parking. To reach the Press Box, enter the stadium through Gate H and take elevator #4 to Level 2A. Media may pick up their credential on game day at Media Will Call at Gate H. Parking attendants will waive media picking up their credential into the stadium.
Food and Beverage Service
A buffet dinner will be provided to credentialed media in the press box prior to the start of the game. Hot and cold beverages will be available pregame through post-game. Popcorn will be available at halftime.
The press box at SDCCU Stadium is equipped with wireless internet. If you would to set up a private phone line, contact Gary Brashear of San Diego Sports Communications at (619) 281-1500.
Fax services are available in the press box. Members of the media must sign up for fax services prior to kickoff.
Game statistics will be provided in the press box at the end of each quarter.
Still photographers have access to a work room equipped with wireless internet at SDCCU Stadium. The room is located adjacent to the field, at the top of Ramp A.
After the game, the winning team will remain on the field for the presentation of the most valuable offensive and defensive player trophies, and for the presentation of the Bowl Championship Trophy. The presentations will be staged along the press box sideline near the 50-yard line.
The post-game interview room is located adjacent to the team locker rooms, at Ramp C. Following a ten-minute cooling off period, the coach of the losing team and selected players will be escorted to the interview room and begin their press conference. The head coach will make opening statements, followed by a question-and-answer period.
The winning head coach and selected players will follow. The format for this press conference is identical to that of the losing team.
The post-game interviews will be fed to press box monitors via a closed-circuit feed from the interview area.
Players’ and coaches’ quotes will be made available to the media after the bowl game.
